Maybe not everybody knows that in February 2012, the Institute of Croatian Language and Linguistics (IHJJ) launched Struna, the Croatian national terminology database. Brac Ivana and Loncar Maja describe in the following paper the main challenges encountered during the development and implementation of the Croatian national terminology policy. The Croatian linguists, terminologists, and domain experts have been collaborating together to create language and standardize terms in order to keep their language alive.
