TermCoord website reaches 100.000 visitors

More than one hundred thousand people have visited the website of the EP’s Terminology Coordination Unit since it was launched in April 2011. This website is a public space where terminologists, translators, linguists and other people interested in terminology can read about TermCoord’s activities and communicate with us, for instance about the large-scale seminars it organises every year or its worldwide networking in the evoluting field of terminology.

Every week several posts about current issues related to terminology are published. Furthermore, visitors can get access to such useful material as a selection of glossaries and term banks, information about traineeships and study visit possibilities or a collection of terminology conferences. But first and foremost, visitors can find information about and a direct link leading to IATE, the EU’s terminology database.
