Lexicograffiti – 2 very interesting speakers!

TermCoord is glad to welcome on Monday 23 January 2012 Prof. Sylviane Granger from the Catholic University of Louvain and Prof. Gerhard Budin from the University of Vienna as the speakers of the LexicoGraffiti seminar.

Professor Granger is an expert in corpus linguistics (learner and bilingual corpora), phraseology, lexicography, EFL (English as a Foreign Language), contrastive linguistics, technology-enhanced language learning etc.

Professor Budin is an expert in language technologies, corpus linguistics, and knowledge engineering, eLearning technologies and collaborative work systems, distributed digital research environments, terminology studies, ontology engineering, cognitive systems, cross-cultural knowledge communication and knowledge organization, philosophy of science, and information science.
