How the European countries approach the teaching of languages?

Language Rich EuropeMore than one thousand European policy makers and practitioners in the fields of education, business, public services and the media have joined the networking project The Language Rich Europe. The project examines how the European countries teach and use languages in order to develop good language policies and practices, to improve language learning and support multilingualism.

For this purpose a series of over 80 workshops are being carried out. The results will be presented to the policy makers in Brussels on March 2013.
