Hung Parliament

In Britain, after an election the party that has the most seats will normally be invited, by the Queen, to form a Government.

However, if the ‘winning’ party does not have an overall majority within the House of Commons (326 seats or more) then we say that we have a Hung Parliament – no Government can be formed and a solution has to be found.

In French they call this ‘parlement dans l’impasse’ or ‘parlement bloqué.’ What about in other languages?
